South Coast Weddings
Pauline and Stacey chose an intimate wedding reception at Eleven Eighty – The Venue with a Twist, with just 30 close friends and family. The vibe was glamorous but relaxed, family orientated and full of love. They utilised the best that the South Coast has to offer. A wedding ceremony on the beach at Jervis Bay whilst using Eleven Eighty as their base for the family with 15 guests staying onsite between our cottage and the School Masters residence and the wedding reception in our courtyard.
The girls looked simply stunning. The bridal party had their pampering morning in the vintage train carriage, and the “little” ladies got to join in too. Hair by @solangehair and Makeup by @danhdoanmua
Paulina went for a stunning long gown for the ceremony and then changed into a party frock for the reception at Eleven Eighty. Paulina’s gown was from Luvbridal and Stacey’s bridal suit came from Oleg Cassiniau. Rings by Jewellery by Design
The girls opted for alfresco dining in the courtyard with a sit down long table dinner offering shared plates from the Monkey Express. The Henry Clive team once again manned the bar with wine, bubbles and cocktails on offer. They opted to utilise our inhouse prop shed and all within but for the little extra touches they hired in special touches from the Wedding Event Creators and the stunning flower arbour was designed and installed by Fleurescent Flowers.
The girls utilised all of the mix and match spaces at Eleven Eighty: The courtyard for the evening reception and champagne Tower, the Barn and Bar for drinks and the Wishing Well and the Old School Hall for …………Salsa Dancing Lessons!! Not only did all the guests join in but the vendors too! It was great to see our venue Manager; Reanah, the guys from Henry Clive and Jack – co owner of The Hungry Monkey up on the dance floor giving it a go.
Stacey and Paulina also made the most of the Eleven Eighty night time photo opportunities. We are loving our lit up driveway tree (hats off to owner Clare for digging the trench by hand in terrible weather conditions so that we can have lights at the touch of a switch all year round) and the dramatic silhouettes created in the dining arbour.
One of the many advantages to a small intimate wedding is that the day is truly about the couple. Paulina and Stacey had their special day the way they wanted it and were able to spend lots of time together, being present, enjoying the event. As they say, a picture tells a thousand words, and I think the connection in these photos says it all.
