Guided by Jess’s impeccable planning, the lineup of talent brought this dream to life. Think Kristie from KLD Photography, capturing every heartfelt moment, Mitch from Mitch Hickman Films crafting cinematic magic, and Emily from Carraro Beauty transforming bridal prep into an art form. Add Sarah from Brilliant Blooms for florals that wow, Vic from Sweet Rides for transport with flair, Sarah from Marry Me Sarah B officiating with warmth, and Hungry Monkey keeping bellies full with incredible catering. At the bar? The amazing Henry Clive team. And let’s not forget TJ Productions and The Evelyns setting the tone with acoustic bliss.

Nicci and Tom didn’t just win a wedding – they infused it with heart. After attending several open days (with their extended family in tow – Nicci’s dad may have considered moving in!), the couple found endless inspiration at Eleven Eighty.
“Every time we visited, we discovered something new,” Nicci shared. “The venue is the perfect mix of rustic, modern, and trendy, and it gave us so many ideas to make the space truly ours.”
Their theme, Earthy Elegance, wove muted autumn hues – deep greens, burnt oranges, rich reds, and soft browns – into natural fabrics like velvet and corduroy. Even the guests joined the vibe, dressing to impress in perfect coordination. As Kristie from KLD Photography put it, “This wedding was a photographer’s dream – everyone looked incredible, and the whole day was effortlessly stylish.”
Doing Things Their Way
True to Eleven Eighty’s ethos of embracing the unconventional, Nicci and Tom flipped tradition on its head. Instead of starting the day with their ceremony, they kicked off with two hours of cocktails in the garden.
“It made everything feel different – less rushed,” Tom explained. “We got to spend quality time with everyone before the formalities began.”
